COVID19 Measures.

Dear Valued Customer, please read this notice to both assure you that we have done all we can to protect your health, safety and well being whilst you are visiting us; but also to keep everyone safe. Until further notice we will have increased cleaning and additional hygiene measures in place to ensure a safe environment.

Before opening we will be fully sterilising the studio with a new anti-viral fogging machine; this will continue to take place on a regularly basis.

We have also removed any non-essential items throughout the studio, acquired appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact.

We have re-trained our staff on essential hygiene control and hand hygiene practices.

We ask all customers to read the below carefully and contact us if they have any queries. Thank you  


All customers must wear a face covering on arrival. If you do not have your own covering we are able to provide you one for  a nominal fee. We will be asking all customers to wait outside until it is your turn and the chair is free. Whilst waiting outside we ask all customers to maintain a safe distance apart (2 metres). As you enter, please use the hand sanitiser provided. Please remember, if you are feeling unwell, do not turn up for your appointment. Just call us to re-arrange, we would rather you be safe and sound.  


Your Cut

Your cut will still be the same great service, but all of our staff will be wearing PPE so please do not feel offended. Each member of staff will be wearing a disposable mask & apron (which will be replaced after each customer) and a protective visor (which will be cleaned between each customer). We shall of course also be washing our hands thoroughly before and after each customer. Our staff will also be cleaning all of their equipment and work area between each customer.  



After your cut, we will take you to the till and you will be asked to pay as normal. Though we do request that people pay by contactless payment wherever possible to minimise un-necessary contact. However cash will be taken.  


Re-booking Appointments

We will be able to re-book your appointments using our booking system.  


Other Points Of Note

We ask all customers to bear with us during these challenging times. This is new to everyone and we must all try our best to stay safe. We are taking less bookings per day to ensure adequate cleaning time between customers and with the increased costs for our PPE, we are sad to say we must pass this cost on to our customers. We shall also be completing regular fogging of our studio during non working hours. This will help us ensure we are the cleanest we possibly can be even in places we can’t reach.
